What is the St. James’s Club?
The St James’s Club is a private members' club in Manchester's city centre. The Club was established in 1825 to provide a private venue where professionals could eschew the confines of their workplace to network and socialise in comfort.

In addition, the St. James's Club gurantees its members access to some of the most prestigious clubs across the globe.
Can I apply for membership?
The Club accepts new membership applications from business people and professionals of good standing. Candidates must be proposed and seconded by existing members before their application can be voted on at a monthly General Committee meeting. If you know a member personally or professionally you may ask them to visit the Club or to attend one of our functions as their guest.

What are the Club opening times?
The Club is open Monday to Friday during business working hours. The Club regularly extends its opening hours for evening functions. For a full programme of events at St. James's please check our Events Calendar.
What are the Club’s professional events?
Professional events at St. James's currently include our legal and business dinners, property lunches, and themed wine tastings.
