COVID-19 Club Guidance

The Clubs primary concern is the safety of you, your guests and their staff. We have executed all Government Guidance, provided additional H&S staff training and implemented all possible measures to ensure that you and your guests will enjoy your dining experience in a safe, secure, and comfortable environment. We therefore need you to confirm that you have read and understood the following information. All guidance is in place for your safety:

 

  • Please do not visit the Club if you or your guests are suffering from COVID-19 or have any symptoms

  • Please do not visit the Club if you or your guests are isolating following contact with an infected individual

  • Please note that everyone will be temperature screened on arrival at the Club. Whilst we understand this may be viewed by some members as intrusive or unnecessary, it is in fact part of government guidance and refusal or an abnormal temperature will result in you being denied entry as we seek to prioritise the safety of all visitors to the Club.

  • As per Government guidelines we also require the names, addresses and contact details of every guest, this will be held securely for 21 days

  • You and your guests are asked to make yourselves  aware of and observe all rules in regard to social distancing . Signage will be in place around the Club to assist you and the Club will expect Members and their Guests  to follow all instructions given to them by staff and observe the clearly marked entrance and exit routes  and new socially distanced  restaurant layout

  • The Club is now cashless for hygiene reasons, hence payment needs to be made using contactless systems or paid on account. We encourage Members to top up their loyalty cards in advance by telephone in order to minimise the need for card transactions in the Club itself
